Pat Fox Fulgham, M.D.                                                 
Urologist

Dr. Pat Fulgham is a board certified urologist who has been in private practice at Texas Health Presbyterian Hospital of Dallas since 1987.  He is a Texas A & M graduate and received his medical training at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School. 

Dr. Fulgham has served as president of the Texas Urological Society, President of the Medical Staff at Presbyterian and is currently Surgical Director of Oncology Services at Presbyterian.  Under his leadership the hospital’s cancer program received the American College of Surgeons Commission on Cancer Outstanding Achievement Award in 2005 and again in 2008.

In 2008, Dr. Fulgham received the American Urologic Association’s Distinguished Service Award for his contributions in ultrasound education.  He is chairman of the Urologic Diagnostic & Therapeutic Imaging Committee of the American Urologic Association and serves on the Health Policy Committee and Education Council for the American Urologic Association.

In honor of his work in the community for conducting free prostate cancer screenings and educational programs and his work nationally and internationally educating urologists, the Dallas Business Journal named him a Health Care Hero in 2008.
